I assisted in Chico High's special needs classroom five days a week for two years. I helped the student with homework, played games and organized activities, helped resolve conflict between students and absolutely loved doing it! Some of the former students still come to visit me in my current job! I have worked with kids with various forms of autism, down syndrome, and those who are mobility challenged.
