To start my 6 & 8-year-old sons have Autism so I have first hand experience with it. Before having children I worked in the field with Developmentally Disabled Adults and children in Residential and day care facilities. I have 20+ years experience in the field. I have experience one on one and in a group setting. I have been trained in ABA therapy as well as CPR certification. I also studied at the School of Visual Arts and have a degree in Fine Arts and Illustration. I have experience as an art instructor for special needs teens and think it's important to let the developmentally disabled express themselves through art. They learn more about themselves as well as learning how to communicate in this beautiful, expressive way. I have a full range or experience with special needs children especially having to deal with my own children on a daily basis. I am eager to help out families In any way I can!
