Hello! My name is lacey and I currently own a beauty shop but I'm looking for per diem or part time as a care giver. Although I am in the beauty biz, I have long history of experience as a care giver. I have always enjoyed caring for others. Growing up as an older sibling, I was always helping out with my brothers and sisters. Also, I have multiple years' experience working with children. My mother owned a daycare, and I became her assistant provider and cared for children between the ages of newborn to 10 years old. When my mother closed her daycare to pursue a nursing career, I moved onto another career myself as a direct support professional. There I took care of adults with disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. I am very familiar with CPR and first aid. I also have a child of my own who is 13 And it's been joy raising him.
