I currently am the Lead Care giver at Bethesda Lutheran Communities. I provide care and advocate for individuals that are mentally and physically disabled. Scheduling appointments, managing the household funds, and the individuals credit cards on a daily basis. The Leads job is to advocate for the individuals by maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly home by following safety and infection control procedures. I also plan a monthly calendar of activities for all of the residents to enjoy. As well as a monthly meal plan that includes 3 meals and 2 snacks a day.
