Level II AHCA background, CPR & First AID certification. All COVID vaccinations & boosters. I have 14 years experience with providing full time in home care. I have experience with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Quadriplegia, Muscular Dystrophy, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's/Dementia. I assisted in medication management and reminding, vital signs monitored and recorded. Driving to appointments and activities, exercise, redirection, emotional support. Documentation of daily schedule, including mood and cognitive observations. I provided personal care services such as assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, meal preparation along with tube feeding, suction, Bi-Pap, cough assist, IV hydration. Due to my back, I am unable to provide mobility assistance. I provided care for my father who was diagnosed with Dementia, Alzheimer's; this included scheduling his appointments, transportation, managing care for doctor's and specialists, medication management, etc.
