I cannot recommend Kayla highly enough. She is deeply compassionate, engaging at all levels and flexible with both adults and kids. Kayla was phenomenal with our medically complex 4 year old. She quickly got a feel for her medical needs and, because she took the time to prepare before, was able to independently care for our daughter immediately. Our daughter is non-verbal, so it can be challenging to determine how to make her comfortable and how to appropriately engage her. Kayla made it a priority to learn her cues and keep her comfortable and happy. To top it off, she somehow managed to simultaneously entertain our energetic 8 year old. I genuinely look forward to having Kayla take care of my children again!
