Hello! My name is Katie and I'm pursing a job working with individuals who need help, specifically in the developmental/ mental health realm. I enjoy working with these individuals because I recognize how special they are and the positive impact they have on our community, and I would love to be a part of that. I have experience working with kids and teens with mental health disorders, ADHD, and genetic disorders who are severely disabled. My duties included: tutoring, teaching societal norms, assistance with walking and the bathroom, and seizure assistance.
