Hi! My name is Kate. I've been working in childcare for over 10 years. I've worked as a babysitter, camp counselor, and most recently, as a Behavioral Technician. I recently graduated from Saint Joseph's University this past May with a degree in Autism Behavioral Studies. I am looking for a babysitting/nannying job for the summer before I go back to school for my graduates degree in special education. I have worked with kids of all ages and with diverse needs. I am comfortable around pets and am happy to petsit as well. (I actually worked at a doggy daycare when I was in highschool). I am ideally looking for a family that is looking for half day care in the afternoons, 4-5 days a week, or full day care, 2-3 days a week. I am also available for the occasional weekend date night. I want to be clear that I will not be doing any therapies with your child, but good old fashioned babysitting/nannying with the knowledge on how to best interact with this amazing population.
