I have worked with both adults as well as children with axis-1 diagnosis. Previously I worked in a non-profit organization and worked with a community of adults with diagnosed mental illness. In this environment I worked as a job coach as well as helped to develop various social clubs including music and art. As a job coach I helped members to reintegrate back into the work environment with onsite training as well as conducting soft skills classes and doing one on one care development plan meetings. I recently worked with behavioral children between the ages of 4-21 doing In-Home Therapy. In In-Home Therapy I participated in court meetings, school IEP meetings, team meetings as well as in the home doing crisis deescalation with children and families.
