Am available to help Seniors, those with any sort of difficulty using technology, texting, setting up computer, phone, etc. I am quite tech savvy and make house calls, additionally, I offer my expertise and services, as an accomplished distance runner as well as parent of special needs kids, to give hands on help with anyone who is interested in getting a regular exercise program started. I'm pretty focused on just moving, no specific regimen, though I find walking/jogging/running to be quite compatible with any lifestyle and fitness level. I've dealt with multiple medical and behavioral issues in caring form my own (almost) adult children and am quite comfortable trouble shooting and thinking on my feet to make the workout experience as positive as possible for my clients. I think striving to make just "moving more" a simple goal to start with for clients, and how to work this into their complicated lives, a starting point.
