I supported individuals that have mild retardation for two years in Las Vegas, NV in a Supported Living Arrangement. My responsibilities are as follows: integrates people in the community; assist individuals in their daily activities and household chores; training individuals how to act and react when they are in a community; monitoring their health; complete documentation of individual issues; ensure the persons home is equipped and maintained in a safe and enriched manner; complete all paper works and maintain a clean and healthy environment; coordinate supports for individuals such as transportation, counseling and medical appointments; assisting individuals to manage their funds including maintaining accurate financial records; and assisting them to solve problems. I completed my Medication Education Delivery System on February 28, 2014 and met the qualifications and requirements for performing the duties of Certified Administration of Medications. I am passionate with this job knowing that I could teach and train special people and the satisfaction of helping them.
