Hi I'm Jess! I'm a college student working on an accelerated masters in Special Education!! It's been my dream to teach since I could talk, and helping kids grow and learn to navigate this crazy world is my ultimate goal in life! I am fluent in American Sign Language and I have worked with children with disabilities for the last 3 years and have learned just how important nonverbal communication is! People often forget that children with disabilities deserve independence and the time to have fun and be a kid! I'm an extremely patient and creative person, who can find the fun in just about any activity or situation. Coming from a big family I know how hectic running a family can be and am always willing to do anything to make your job a little bit easier! It's my passion to give kids a safe place to explore and be themselves and support them through that process! Can't wait to meet you!
