Hello, my name is Jenny. I spent 8 years working for a family in South Charlotte. The family had 3 girls. Twins that were 4 when I started and a baby sister who was 22 months. I loved every minute helping the girls learn and grow. I am still in touch with the family. I spent the girls younger years assisting them with getting dressed, brushing teeth and hair, and washing their faces. After having breakfast I would ensure we got the twins to their school and baby sister went two days a week to start. She spend the other days with me. We did lots of crafting, coloring, reading, game playing, toy play, and our favorite lots of time spend outside. In addition to this we worked in learning books and any other age appropriate learning tools to help the children prepare for school. I have experience working with children who have disabilities. During college and after I spent my days in home with children working on fine and gross motor skills as well as life skills.
