I used to work with a little girl who had spinal bifida. I would feed, play, give her baths, go every where the mom needed to go with the child. I worked with a little boy who couldn't walk (legs were very skinny and weak) I would take him to his therapists appointment., help him walk, feed him, bathe him, do exercises with him for his legs, help him with homework. I also worked with an older guy who was paralyzed from his chest down. I had to feed him, bathe him, bathe him in bed, repositioning him, take him for walks in wheelchair. Also worked with a little boy who couldn't get out of bed. I had to bathe him in bed, feed him through tube, give him med through tube... I also worked at Opportunity Partners. It is a non profit organization working with people with special needs.
