I am recently retired from teaching Special Education. I have worked with students with severe disabilities. I have a masters degree and teaching certification in Special education and a degree in Adapted Physical education. I have 34 years of experience. I am looking for some part time work to supplement my busy retirement fun. I am comfortable with all types of care, though may need training on specific things such as tube feedings. I am comfortable with most people with disabilities, however I can not commit to people who may be aggressive. I would consider respite care in my home if the opportunity is right.
