I have 11 years of experience. I have personal experience with my son who has autism and a rare disease. I have also worked with special needs kids in private and public school settings. I can help with Bathing/Grooming/Hygiene and Feeding. I have also worked with kids with feeding tubes and can assist with that as needed. I have experience in ABA therapy and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), using ABA techniques with the kids I work with. I am big on first/then and using token boards to earn something they want. I really like getting to know the kids I work with and care for. I believe in building relationships so they feel comfortable being around me and working with me. I feel I am a good mix of firm and fun.
