Jasmine has babysat for us for a couple of years now. She is great with our nonverbal son with autism (who is 7) and our neurotypical daughter (4). It's so hard to find a sitter who is comfortable with special needs kids and Jasmine really is amazing. We know the kids are in good hands. Both my monkeys love her and we can't recommend her enough.
