Janna is such a light, and is a joyous all-around just lovely person to be around. She goes the extra mile when it comes to your kids, as well as the household. She makes "daily sheets" that she fills out every day that shows how often your kids are, went to the bathroom, what they did with her, and more. She has a binder for each kiddo that has their worksheets they do together and everything. Janna plans rewards for them as well and never leaves without tidying up. She always asks if I need a hand with anything. She comes to babysit sometimes now that the kids are older, but she is a lifelong friend and is family now. I was apprehensive about hiring a nanny through Care, but Janna simply put is the best of the best!!!!!
