I'm passionate about the importance of early intervention for young children with special needs. I enjoy helping children and their families learn to communicate with each other, and to grow and gain independence in their daily living skills. I most especially enjoy helping children reach their fullest potential, and to experience the joy of play, interaction, engagement, and connection with their families, caregivers, and communities. I completed the graduate program in Early Childhood Special Education at George Washington University and an internship at an Infants and Toddlers Program, working with their intensive needs early intervention team. I've worked in public and private preschool settings. My training as an Early Childhood Special Educator allows me to provide special instruction, assessments, parent coaching and training, and early intervention and behavior management services for families.
