My name is Jade, I work with Special Needs kids and I love what I do. This school year I began working at ECLC of NJ School in Ho-Ho-Kus and I have found that not only am I good at what I do, but I find it to be extremely rewarding and satisfying work. My seemingly endless patience lends itself well to the particular nuances and complexities that go into strategizing about the right way to aide in the education of kids with learning disabilities and various behavior roadblocks. Aside from ECLC, I have also worked as a One-to-one Aide at Ridgewood High School in their RISE program. As a One-to-one Aide I am employed for 28 hours and so I am available for additional work after school lets out at 3:00 p.m. In addition, I have attended some nursing school and I am planning on going back in the next two years so I have some knowledge and adeptness when edicalit comes to m necessities that a child might require.
