I love children, and am currently studying to be a teacher. I haven't decided on what to teach, but am leaning towards Special Education. Although my only experience with special needs is caring for my 12-year-old cousin with down syndrome in her younger years. I am very interested in making a difference in the lives of other special needs children or adults. On the other hand, I do have experience with non-special need fourth graders. I did an internship at an elementary school for a semester and learned a lot in my training.
