I worked at a basic education/after school program for children and young adults with Autism and other developmental disabilities. I started out as an aide and moved up to program manager once I obtained my psychology degree. As a Program Manager, I developed, maintained, and implemented Individualized Program Plans for clients with various functional/cognitive levels on the autism spectrum, and with other developmental disabilities. I trained and supervised instructional assistants. I demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness, and personal accountability. I planned, organized, and prioritized program related materials such as quarterly reports and behavioral analysis; completed all required work assignments according to established deadline.
