Hey there! I'm Gabby V., and I'm currently a student at Webster majoring in International Human Rights. I also have my associates in psychology. I've been around children for most of my life. From the time I was a little girl, I would help my mom take care of neighborhood kids. I started babysitting when I was about 11 or 12, and since then I've had various jobs, babysitting and as a Nanny. For three years in high school, I was in an Improve-Theatre group that traveled to area elementary schools. I worked with children, ranging from preschool age to sixth grade, some of whom were children with special needs. Every afternoon I would work with the kids, playing theater games that promote self-confidence, active lifestyles, and helped them to learn and discover things about themselves. I think that seeing the joy and excitement in a child, when they learn something new, is a special experience. I'm also a Red Cross certified babysitter and am trained in CPR. I've spent time volunteering at the Humane Society, and am also part of an online organization called IMAlive.
