My duties included helping fellow peers with school work, and support them to learn independence through trial and error in the their daily tasks. As my time as a swim instructor, I worked one on one with swimmers from the Special Olympic swim team. I am a Nationally Certified EMT, and with my training I am able to assist with basic medical needs. I have my IV certification, and can preform IV and IM injections along with testing BGLs.
