Hi!~My name is Elizabeth and I have a deep passion for children. I am kind, compassionate, nurturing and dependable. I have worked with children for a big part of my life, since I was a teen. I have worked in childcare programs, been a nanny, a Substitute Teacher and worked overseas. Years ago I was a Substitute Teacher, I spent the majority of my time with the preschool or kindergarten class. I have experience with ages 1-13. ~I myself have learning challenges that I was diagnosed with as a child. I understand the challenges that come with these differences. I am learning more and more how the brain functions in a different way in children with learning obstacles. I know 1 great need these children have is to work with a tutor/teacher that has great compassion towards them and great patience. They also need to be in environment where the tutor/teacher is willing to incorporate repetition. ~I love children, they bring me great joy. Thank you!
