Whilst we were so excited about having Deborah work for us she started the first day and we agreed on a set monthly price. Unfortunately after the first day she told us she had a dog and was not able to work for us anymore as she could not find a home for the dog. We spent a lot of time with her and were very disappointed that she was not upfront from the get go. Then we had to pay her a fee which was higher than we would have as an hourly rate. I am sure she would be great if it was an hourly and she could keep her dog. sorry it didn't work out.
