It brings me joy to be a personal assistant to Mom by running errands and cleaning around the house-and I can help with Bathing/Grooming/Hygiene and Bladder Management Assistance, and I am willing to provide support in the community as well. I have two kids with Autism, and I am well-versed in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Occupational Therapy strategies for kiddos with sensory challenges. I can also provide speech therapy support. Crystal was all the things a parent looks for in a provider. She is Patient, helped out around the house, reliable, punctual and treats children based upon their unique needs. She has a highly adaptable approach and was the perfect caregiver for my children. She never called out sick and was always on time. I also appreciated that she was open to adapting her care based upon the needs of our household. My children loved Crystal!
