I have previous experience working with seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia I have also spent the last two years working as a Registered Behavioral Technician at an ABA company and have experience with Autism, Down syndrome, , Auditory and sensory disorders and Tourette Syndrome. I myself have struggled with some of what I mentioned above and was treated with unkindness and lack of understanding by teachers and adult figures in my life. I strive to be the adult I needed as a child. I want all humans big or small to be treated with respect, kindness, dignity and understanding no matter what they may or may not struggle with.
