In September of 2018 I made the best decision of my life taking on a career as a Direct Support Professional supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I found my passion in making a difference in each persons life. For example, going out into the community, participating in social gatherings, taking clients to appointments and jobs, finding fun activities to and learn together, assisting in ADL's. I was promoted to a Program Coordinator and have experience managing finances, medical appointments, scheduling, organization, training staff, medication inventory, safety precautions, etc. I strive to go the extra mile in making a difference in families lives. It is my passion to care for others. I am easy to get along with, patient, kind, understanding, and empathetic.
