I have worked in the social work field for 7 years now and have attained my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. My experience is very diverse at this point. Some of the varying populations I have worked with include: children & adolescents with behavioral issues that stem from childhood trauma, children to adults with developmental disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder, clients in the elderly population with a diverse set of needs, and additionally I interned for a year at a grief counseling center. Within these settings I have used therapeutic interventions, conducted group therapy sessions, one-on-one therapy sessions, and also used my creative skills to implement a wide array of activities for fun and education purposes.
