I have experience caring for a child with disabilities and currently care for a child with Type 1 Diabetes. I have assisted with the daily monitoring of type 1 Diabetes as well as have extended education on Type 1 Diabetes. I am currently trained in CPR and First Aid and have previously been trained as a CNA. I also have experience with developmental delays in young children through a previous internship in Early intervention. I have been on a couple medical mission trips abroad I have over 100 volunteer hours in the pediatric hospital setting. I am attending College in the fall to obtain my Masters Degree in Child Life.
