I have had many jobs working with children from babysitting as a teenager and nannying, to daycare and working in elementary schools. I have had experience within special ed and have had experience with babies and multiples. I enjoy the innocence that children have and love to see them get excited when they discover something new or finally master a task by themselves. I am currently employed full-time for Yorkville School District and work in the Transition Program which is for adults 18-22. This program helps students get out in the community for social experiences and also helps them learn skills to get a job. I have experience with toileting, bathing, feeding, hoyer lift, gait belts, dressing and many other skills.
