My current position requires me to manage a house of 6 children, ages 11-17, and work with them to effectively live in a home environment using a myriad of coping mechanisms. My previous position was working one on one with children on the autism spectrum thrive in the way that works for them. I'd utilize a play based therapy in order to demonstrate or teach skills in our sessions.
