Lpn with hospital, Ambulatory care, nursing home and assisted living experience I'd describe my personality as easygoing, caring, and compassionate. I like caring for people with special needs because this group of individuals need understanding and advocacy. We as caregivers should be willing to go above and beyond to make that happen for the safety and wellbeing of each individual. I'm looking for a job that is looking for a nurse to help with care of an individual as well as ADLs. I started caring for people with special needs as a child due to having a family member with Autism spectrum disorder. In my spare time, I usually work with my business and spend time with family One thing you should know about me is that I am very empathetic and understanding to each and everyone's needs and different situations as well as always providing dignity and support for every individual.
