Breanna communicated so well and politely on the app, and I was actually excited about our plan to talk on the phone. Many others had not worked out, but my hopes were up for her. Then she never answered the phone. We had arranged a time that she said was good for her. After calling her number, I texted that number and messaged her on Care.com to see if something came up. She never responded again.
