Hi everyone, my name is Brandy and I have been working with children and young adults with disabilities since I was about 10. My best friend in middle school was named Stewart. Stewart had CP and loved UTZ plain potato chips. I would spend my lunchtime feeding him happily. My mother taught students on the spectrum and I began work with a young man that was blind, translating his math work for high school as a vision paraeducator. I taught myself braille but when he moved on I transferred to severe ID. My last job was with students that were on the spectrum and had severely aggressive behaviors. I feel like my skill would be best utilized by a family that needs help now. I am available after hours and on weekends as needed. Please message me with any questions.
