I got certified in teaching motor skills classes at Dorbrook Park and at private homes for the Arc of Monmouth. I went to work for the Arc full time in 2005. I took many different classes in the medical field and for the handicapped. First Aid, CPR, certified to administer medication. I moved to Penn and managed 2 homes for Fitzmaurice. After I moved back to NJ I worked privately. My last job, I worked with a lady that used a walker and was very limited in what she did. So I would bath her, massage and do some physical therapy, to help her mobility. She is got sick and went to a rehab. When she came home she never recovered and passed away. The lady before her also went into a nursing home and passed away. And before that I worked with a girl in her 40s that was mentally disabled but passed away from cancer. I started working for the senior citizens at Imperial House in Long Branch in 1996. I taught pool classes, indoor classes and did massage and physical therapy for many residents.
