Anita was fantastic for the first few days. my mom absolutely loved her and was so happy to find someone who wad punctual and extremely helpful and proactive. Unfortunately after a few days Anita texted me that she had a doctor's appointment and wouldn't be in last Thursday but she said another Aide would be available then she canceled for Friday as well. On Sunday she texted me that she got another job. No notice. Nothing. I tried calling her but no answer. I texted her back mentioning that if she wanted a few more hours I could arrange that too. She never responded Basically quit via text with less then 24 hours notice and that was the last I heard from her. I'm giving Anita three stars for her excellent work while she was here and the facts of her absences ans short notice creating a difficult coverage situation.
