I worked as a behavioral support for 3 years with children who have special needs ranging from non verbal ASD, high functioning ASD, developmental delays, blindness, emotionally disturbed, and undiagnosed learning disability. I was a teacher assistant for 1 year working as an adult support for a child who has autism, what we call scripted verbal. I have also been a children's minister with kids who had ADHD, Autism, social anxiety, and osteogenesis imperfecta (brittle bone disease). I also used to work as a Registered Behavior Technician doing ABA therapy with kids all across the AU spectrum.
