Currently I work in Central FL, as a manager of a Group Home for adults with mild to severe developmental disabilities, I truly adore working with and for my clients and feel I do my job to the best of my abilities. Many people think that because they are disabled they are nothing like "normal" people, which is definitely inaccurate, the people I work with have hopes dreams problems insecurities personalities passions etc. They are real people. I have been with this business over a year and used to work in numerous summer camps and children programs in which I have worked with challenged children also.
