I currently work for SDD in the fall and nanny a 8-year-old boy on the spectrum. I also care for a 20-year-old with Down syndrome on the weekends. I have experience with the Autism Spectrum, Seizures, ADHD, ADD, Down Syndrome, developmental delays, behavioral plans and other areas of special needs. I taught preschool for 20 years and have my Early Childhood Development degree. I do work for the school district. I have a daughter that is 25, she is away at College right now. Alisha has an upbeat, fun personality, and my 20 year old daughter with special needs loves when they "hang out". I know when they are together my daughter is safe and happy. It took awhile to find her, but Alisha was worth the wait!
