I am a mother of three, with lots of additional experience in childcare and education! One of the most recent positions I held was as a Title 1 teacher. In this position I provided learning intervention for at-risk and below benchmark students, created activities and lesson plans to suit the needs of students and provided intermittent supervision for all grades (3-5). Some valuable skills I am able to exhibit in a work environment include my ability to practice effective interpersonal and written communication, active listening, empathetic decision making, and responsible management. I have an associates degree in sociology and a (near completed) bachelors on social work. I have a love and passion for people! I have 10+ years of paid experience working with children.
