This past spring I just received my degree in Elementary Education for grades K-6. During this time, I was a student teacher for a Kindergarten inclusion classroom as well as a 5th grade remedial English classroom. I have been immersed in a wide variety of ages and chose this career path because I am passionate about the education and well-being of all children. In the past years I have been a nanny for local families. I will be starting an online Grad School program in August and would love the opportunity to Nanny Full-time in addition to getting my masters.

Our family is searching for a nanny/nanny-share for our little guy (currently 3 months old) beginning in mid-October (when he will be 6 months old). Our ideal candidate is someone who has a great passion for helping baby develop age appropriate skills, with three to five years of experience caring for infants and/or toddlers. Our parenting philosophy is to create a nurturing and calming environment where we are present, and baby feels supported and cared for with respect. This philosophy extends to the environment & relationship we would create with our nanny: we are looking for someone who is willing to partner with us in caring for our little one. HOURS: M/W 7:00 am-4:30pm/5pm
Englewood family needs an after-school regular babysitter who can help get the kids to activities, allergy shots and with homework. Must love kids! Our ideal match will meet the requirements below. Animal lovers please apply (we have 2 dogs)! We ask that you handle pickups/drop-offs as needed. The kids live with mom, but spend lots of time with their dad too (all relationships are drama-free and very friendly), so we need help sometimes with facilitating hand-offs, because both parents work full time. Mom works from home in a corporate job, so help keeping the kids occupied so they aren't "helping" with my work is appreciated. Responsibilities would include meal prep for the kids and keeping the kitchen and kid's rooms tidy. We'll need some laundry help now and again.
