I'm looking for companion care for my mother in her 70s. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. She suffered a left ischemic stroke July 2019, and lives at an assisted living center. She is/was the single mother of five daughters, and we lost our youngest sister with Special Needs. December 2022. Mom needs practical companionship, help with appointments, determining schedules, making calls for appointments and setting up local rides, and to get out and about in the community. She is in a wheelchair and has limited verbal speech ability but is very alert, and has found alternative ways of communicating.
