Job description Personal attendant for person with disabilities. Individual should have experience working with ID and ASD, and be able to provide 3 employer recommendations and provide a passing background check (or bonded). This is a contract position, and will require providing transportation as requested. Responsibilities include on-call hours. Must be able to assist with coordinating services, arranging schedules, attending appointments, assistance with communications and comprehension. Personal care and hygiene reminders, help with getting up and ready for work or going out into the community, cooking, cleaning or running errands (including grocery shopping and meal planning as requested). Must be able to assist with coordinating with supportive agencies and resources. Must be able to communicate with family, and provide goals.
