About who needs care: I live in an assisted living facility and need occasional transportation to doctor appointments and shopping. About the care needs: I am in a wheelchair full time. I have a foldable "Zoomer" electric wheelchair that I prefer to use, but I also have a standard foldable transport wheelchair. I prefer to have someone who can drive their own vehicle, but would need them to have room in the back of their vehicle for my wheelchair. Services needed include: transportation.
