8 a.m. - 8 p.m. -KEEP INDIVIDUAL SAFE AND HEALTHY -Provide companionship and emotional support -Administer a. m. and p. m. meds -Monitor blood pressure -Prep breakfast, lunch, snack & dinner -Encourage exercise -Encourage PT to engage in activity that they enjoy and are capable of doing -Weekly and daily chores -Assist with getting ready for bed -Record and document provided care 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. -KEEP INDIVIDUAL SAFE AND HEALTHY -Monitor during the night -Assist with AM shower twice a week; wash-ups are required for the remainder of the week -Assist with grooming, dressing, toileting -Record and document provided care PCA certificate There is a visiting parking lot and access to public transit.
