About who needs care: Mother has limited mobility from a stroke. She's able to transfer and stand for shot periods with support but needs help with personal care. Unable to cook. Loves to pay Scrabble. Looking for respite care for several hours at least a couple times a week. Days/times flexible. About the care needs: My father is the primary caregiver. He needs someone who is reliable. They are both particular about their routines. As with any client, patience is important. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
