I believe people should be paid well and rewarded when they do better than normal. Everyone who worked for me has given me very high mark and I'm reasonable. I'm not gonna require any heavy duty, Care like bathing or anything like that. It would be mostly helping out with cooking cleaning, errands, laundry, etc. that I'm . If you show up to work every day at the bad mood, you're affecting your patients or clients care that is very unprofessional and I've had this happen in the past.
