*please read entirely* I require someone who has references for working with dementia patients- non family. The patient is currently considered independent, but I am noticing a rapid decline in cognition and physical strength. I am hoping for someone to come to his home 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday) for about 3-4 hrs. The duties will be anything from cleaning (yep toilets) organizing, meal prep, running errands, and help with to do's around the house. Such as, hanging pictures and putting furniture together. I am in rehabilitation- I will train you in exercises to do with him. I will show you exactly what I need. As of right now, he doesn't need help with dressing or showering. I have home health coming in this week and I'm hoping to have hired a caregiver to transition into after they are done.
